One weakness I’m actively working on is delegating more effectively. I sometimes find myself wanting to handle tasks personally to ensure they’re done to a high standard. But I’ve realized this isn’t always the best approach, especially on larger projects.

For example, at Capital One, I’ve had to rely more on team tech leads to manage their portions of the project. I’m learning to trust their expertise, communicate expectations more clearly, and let go of some control. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m seeing how it helps the team work more efficiently and independently.
